hi guys! here's what came in the last several months of my sephora play! subscription...it's a lot. >.< ~Lindsay ^.~
April

mufe #6, ptr primer, ud gloss in spl

1. makeup forever ultra hd perfector in shade 6 -- i really appreciated that this had sunscreen in it, but the coverage was really sheer. this shade seemed kind of light on me, which is pretty weird.
   repurchase? no
2. it cosmetics bye bye pores pressed poreless finish airbrush pressed powder -- i can't remember how many of these i've had now... i wasn't huge on it because of the flashback it has, but i have otherwise no recollection of other opinions about it.
   repurchase? no
3. fresh lotus youth preserve rescue mask -- i haven't actually gotten around to use this yet.
   repurchase? probably not?
4. urban decay hi-fi shine ultra cushion lipgloss in spl -- this is pretty similar to their other glosses. not super sticky, slightly balmy, i really enjoyed wearing it. the color was a very sparkly, basically clear gloss.
   repurchase? haven't been wearing glosses lately
5. peter thomas roth skin to die for no-filter mattifying primer & complexion primer -- i'm still trying to finish this primer. i've been using redness and salicylic acid primers lately, but i do enjoy it the days i use it.

6. miu miu l'eau rosee -- say no to florals!

1. becca shimmering skin perfector pressed highlighter in champagne pop -- i really appreciate that this shade is in sample size now! while i do like my full sized one, i've been using other highlighters more than this color.. this was passed along.

2. benefit cosmetics porefessional face primer -- i've always liked this one!
   repurchase? maybe
3. bumble and bumble thickening volume hairspray -- not something i typically use. this got passed along.

5. sephora collection mud mask purifying & mattifying -- i don't remember if i tried this yet, or if i even still have it....

6. viktor & rolf flowerbomb -- as many of these that i've had, i don't remember if i've ever smelled this before. reading this description of the notes, it sounds up my alley, even though it has "flower" in the name..

queen b

1. milk makeup kush mascara in boom black -- despite how much people were raving about this recently, i don't really get it. the mascara's good, but not like ridiculous. it did flake a little on me.

2. too faced melted matte liquid lipstick in queen b -- i have been wanting to try this shade for ages!
   repurchase? undecided
3. alterna haircare caviar volume mist -- apparently sephora thinks i need volume products?
   repurchase? no
4. clinique eye makeup remover -- while i liked this, it didn't burn my eyes, and it's cost effective, i probably will not be repurchasing this. i just really like the lancome one.

5. belif true cream aqua bomb -- when this first came out, i really liked this a lot, and even bought a full size. but i have no idea what's going on with my skin but it doesn't agree with regular use of this product anymore....

4. tarte color splash lipstick in salt lyfe -- this also has been sitting on my desk untouched... hmmm....

4. benefit cosmetics hoola broner -- i love this bronzer these days for an eye crease color. ever since hoola lite came out, i've been using only that for my face and this for my eyes. this lil guy's getting passed along.

cyber two weeks and other recent hauls

hi guys! so online shopping is a bigger thing this year, and a lot of places were doing sales for like "black friday week" and "cyber [monday] week" thus...two weeks of sales. also, a few items snuck into a few late/last minute photos i was taking....so we're just going to rename this post to 'and other recent' hauls..... 😉 ~Lindsay

popsugar must have sale -- i can't remember the exact deal, but it worked out to be 3 boxes for about $60 (august through november 2017), which is awesome considering they're $40 a month. i ordered two for me (october and november), and another as a gift.
beautylish black friday bioderma sale -- they've done this for the last year or more, where you get a free travel size with each 500mL bottle you buy, and it's $30 to get free shipping, so i just got the 3(6) pack for $45ish? something like that. i won't need micellar water for a loooong time!

sephora sent out coupons to everyone. this year's rouge coupon was $25 off $50, so i ordered another fenty foundation in 140 and a nude beautyblender. i also redeemed points for the new beautyblender pro cleanser bar because it's $45 for a 5oz bar! that's crazy! but maybe it'll be awesome? who knows..
while i was at it...i bought more sponges! all of the blenders! i got a set of lamora sponges from amazon for like $13. i was also at target and got the blue sponge for $5, not sure of the brand because there were only two stickers on the container: the barcode and the price, and i tossed it. for those interested, i found these sponges on an endcap in the makeup section with other minis, and i approve! i also got two nugg masks, one for the face and their lip mask. the lip mask is only ok, it's basically blistex ointment in a pot for more money..? idk. then, at walmart, i saw these soo ae masks and needed to try them!

PlannerStudio on etsy was having a black friday deal 30 sheets of mi'me's for $30 in skin/hair colors of choice. uh heck yes. not only that, she allowed for 5 keywords to cater the random pulls. there are a couple duplicates, but for the most part, she was spot on with some sheets that i wanted, which was super exciting! her shop is definitely worth the wait! (note: these sheets are about the size of a baseball card)

other recent haul things
sephora -- saw tracy and stephanie talking about this sephora favorites set at jcp and had to get it! as mentioned earlier, buy all the beautyblenders! i love all nighter and tattoo liner, smashbox primer's pretty good, and three other things to try? heck yes! then, makeup forever appears to have repackaged (reformulated too??) their artist eyeshadows, so i got 3 (M532, ME912, ME840) and a large pan to try! (you get some kind of discount when you buy them with cases..) and i don't recall how i redeemed them, but i also obtained a mini tom ford lipstick in indian rose and too faced milk chocolate soleil bronzer.
makeup geek was doing a 12 days of christmas sale, and i had been eyeing their nude palette for a while now, but couldn't bring myself to buy it because i already had half of the shades in it. when i saw that they were offering the always quad with the 4 new shadows, i jumped on it because these were what i wanted from that palette!

ulta -- these guys have been ridiculously awesome this year. all of the crazy awesome brands that they're now carrying, in a week or two they're going to announce their new tier of membership (which will likely be akin to rouge status), and of course the points become dollars off your purchase. yes. anyway, they sent out yet another 20% off everything including prestige... and i'm about halfway down my tarte maracuja eye cream, so i decided to get another, and get a backup it cosmetics bye bye under eye corrector in light. i also got two tony moly sheet masks, and they were offering mystery bags, which i'll probably give most of away because i'm not going to use it. but awesome nonetheless!

hi guys! please excuse the lighting in all of these photos as i try to figure out the new setup. i decided to go ahead and put this post up a little early because the only things i have coming in the mail are canadian stickers, which can wait til next month's post. ~Lindsay

ulta -- all of the unicorns. i also got a few other skincare repeats which are not pictured, as well as the clean & clear acne triple clear bubble cleanser, urban decay naked skin concealer in light warm (was on sale!), alterna cc cream (also on sale!), jergens natural glow lotion (this stuff is great for pasty days!), anastasia eyeshadow in stone, and the sally hansen salon chrome nail kit.

• i had to return the nail kit. it was awful. just before attempting to do it myself, T sent me a video by christine of how awful nearly all of the sets were. and i don't have time (or products) to do the gel method, so i tried the tacky polish method and got mixed results over 3 fingers. i used opi black onyx. i waited until i thought it was reasonably dry/tacky before applying the powder, but got inconsistent results. one nail looked okish and two nails, the applicator picked up the polish onto the sponge and that was it. i was done. and not only that, it didn't look as amazing as the box showed. so i agree. these sets are a pass.

sigma -- someone over at sigma needs a raise. their analytics is ridiculous. less than 1 hour after looking at the page for sigmagic brush foam, i got an email, hey free F86 with any purchase. pshh well yeah, i'll buy your $15 brush shampoo and get a free $25 brush. please and thank you!

graze -- i got myself a full 8 snack box in the mail, and the wrapping on the package was the same. this time though, it somehow felt more secure? weird. [i also got a set of that raspberry muffin one i mentioned liking last time, and that came in a normal people box, properly sealed and what have you. sorry for not photographing.] anyway, i enjoyed most of these snacks and updated my profile with my preferences on them.

1. clinique pep-start hydroblur moisturizer (.24oz--mini, $29.50 for 1.7oz [$4.16]) -- i'm interested in trying this out, considering their ddmg is my favorite!

2. too faced lip injection glossy in milkshake (.03oz--mini, ret. $22 for .14oz [$4.71]) -- this is super plumping.. like i put it on before the lip swatch above and yeahhh... i'm not a huge fan of this product because it has a bit of a burning sensation -- but you know it's working! and the color is kina meh, the sparkle is whatever--which is why i didn't feel the need to photograph lip swatches... anyway, this is getting passed along.

3. nars velvet lip glide in bound (.07oz--mini, ret. $26 for .2oz [$9.10]) -- this is a really pretty color. i'm not sure that it'd stick around if you eat or drink, but i like this shade.

4. origins ginzing (.17oz--mini, ret. $30 for .5oz [$10.20]) -- for a while, i really liked this eye cream, but eventually i was kind of ehhh about it. i feel like there's nothing better than the tarte maracuja eye cream for my skin.

5. sephora collection laashcraft length + volume mascara in noir (.094oz--mini, ret. $12 for .33oz [$3.42]) -- i haven't had a chance to actually try it on the eyes, but the wand is pretty interesting. think if you were looking at it from the tip, it's like a rectangle shape. so like two sides are flat and two sides are rounded like a standard wand... very interesting!
